Beyond his professional role, Garrett has been deeply involved in the foster care community since the age of 23, as a resource and adoptive parent. As a dedicated parent to seven adult children and five minor children his life experiences bring a unique level of compassion, insight, and commitment to his work, fueling his passion to serve children with dignity, consistency, and hope.
