Scott recently completed a 23 year career at Amgen as the Associate Vice President of Enterprise Engineering and Analytics. Anchored in a future-ready mindset, his organization was a purpose-driven function designed to unlock the full value of data across the organization. He led enterprise technology teams which provided analytics, software engineering, and data management services, globally, across all lines of business, in support of Amgen’s mission to unlock the potential of biology for patients suffering from serious illnesses.
With deep industry expertise, he led the corporate strategy to build enterprise-scale data and AI ecosystems to grow alongside the business needs. He has a reputation for building organizations which develop top talent and foster engaged communities to continuously innovate and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving data and AI landscape.
In his free time, Scott is a woodworker, traveler, and self-described gadget guy.
